RETURN POLICY
You can make your return or exchange request through lonelyuniverse.help@gmail.com by providing your order number and email. Our exchange and return platform allows you to immediately receive both the return label by email and a refund to the original payment method or through an SWIFT code.
Lonely Universe is not responsible for the delivery logistics costs in case of a refund request.
From the moment your order is shipped, you have 15 days to register your exchange or return request as long as the conditions of our exchange policy are met.
